Here is the simple answer, how much loss can you tolerate. Keep your portfolio in Stocks or move them all in cash. Once you move all in cash, plan out when will you enter the market again such as when Dow moves up two weeks in a row, I will put all my money in the market again.

Simple.

If you can trade day in and day out, use your rules.

Greek's Debt "crisis"

most of us who has been to Greece or southern Europe saw what conditions they are in. In was no surprise to me that they've got money trouble. I think once the debt is settled, all should resume to move again, but technically we are congested for the last month of so.

Dollar is steady rising.

weak dollar <--> strong equity, every where, not just the US, this relationship still holds on day to day, but not on daily charts, so be careful when carrying trades overnight.
