I gained almost 15 pounds while I was in the Netherlands and Chloe wanted me to lose some weight before the baby comes, so she signed me up with the Team Weight Loss program at Lifetime (the gym that we go to).
The program is very simple, there are 7 of us. A personal trainer guided us on the treadmills 3 times a week. Each time we worked on the upper body using weigths or rubber bands, while walking on the tread mills. We need to also start eating healthy, i.e. eating five meals per day. Eating a lot of fruit and veggies, not to mention drinking 64 fl-oz of water everyday.
Talk about water, every day I drink 2 big glasses of water when I wake up at 6:00 am. After that flush, my system works and within 15 minutes, I need to go number 2. Yeah a-lot-of number 2.
